More than just brainstorming or idea-sharing workshops, modules are delivered by Qualified Inner Range Instructors. Successful students are rewarded with the issue of a Certificate of Attainment from Inner Range for the completed module or course. In addition, students who successfully complete specific modules are entitled to apply for Inner Range Factory Certification at either "Certified Technician", "Advanced Technician" or "Advanced Insight Technician" level. Factory Certification provides significant market advantage for technicians and those companies who employ such technicians. Official logos, insignias and endorsements may be used by those technicians who have been awarded Factory Certification and Inner Range's own marketing strategy will recommend and actively promote the use of Factory Certified Technicians, Advanced Technicians or Advanced Insight Technicians to install and maintain its Concept products.

Students who attend a full classroom course and do not successfully complete a module are either invited back to re-sit the module or arrangements are made for them to be re-assessed, having further studied the necessary subjects. This offer is available to students at no additional charge.
